Do I actually need AI?
Maybe not. Plenty of problems are better solved with a clearer process or a feature in software you already pay for. The discovery call and audit exist to find that out, and if AI isn't the answer, I'll tell you.
Can't I just do this myself with ChatGPT or Claude?
For simple tasks, often yes, and teaching your team to do exactly that is part of what I offer. Where I add value is working out what's worth automating, connecting systems that weren't built to talk to each other, and making sure your team adopts the change.
What does training look like?
Public workshops (see upcoming dates above) or private sessions for your team, built around your real tasks. We cover Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, and you leave with working examples on your own tasks.
How does pricing work?
The discovery call is free. The process audit is $1,000 CAD + GST flat, and if you go ahead with an automation, the full $1,000 is credited toward your build. Training and builds are fixed-fee and quoted before any work starts. Ongoing care is a simple monthly plan. No long-term contracts.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not at all. I handle design, build, testing and hand-off, and I train your team to use and adjust what we build so you're not dependent on me for small changes.

Yes. I'm based in Kelowna, BC and work with businesses across Canada remotely, with in-person workshops in Kelowna and other cities.
